Warby Parker in Boynton Beach is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team. You will rely on your optical knowledge, customer-focused approach, and product expertise to create memorable experiences for every guest.

As a keyholder, you will open/close the store, oversee operations, mentor the optical staff, and participate in the Optician Apprentice Program. This role requires energy, initiative, and a commitment to ongoing learning and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• ABO certification or licensed in applicable states.
• Ability to explain prescription terminology to customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements; adjust eyewear.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards.
• Explain prescriptions and product options to customers.
• Lead store daily operations and mentor Optical team.
• Maintain inventory and store systems.
• Foster a positive, productive team environment.
