Job summary

Visionworks in Phoenix is seeking a Licensed Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager who leads with heart, guides the team, and ensures a human and bold patient journey from greeting to checkout. This role focuses on store leadership in the absence of the General Manager, coaching associates, coordinating doctor appointments, and meeting sales and service targets while upholding Visionworks standards.

Candidates should have HS diploma, 1–5 years supervisory experience, and a State Opticians

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience.
• State Opticians License required.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability and achieve sales targets.
• Role model and engage in patient journey; supervise exam lane and sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach and motivate associates to deliver excellent patient experience.
• Resolve issues in patient experience in partnership with GM.
• Execute operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals.
