Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Licensed Assistant Manager in Milford, MA to lead the guest experience and store operations.

You will partner with the store manager, coach the team, recruit and develop talent, and ensure brand standards are met while delivering WOW moments.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, state licensure, and 2+ years in retail or customer service with a focus on results.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Optical Store Manager to build plans to deliver profitable store sales.
• Delivers the daily sales goal by flawless execution of the WOW! Guest Experience behaviors.
• Leads and coaches the team to deliver a simple, fun and in-style fashion experience by modeling the Target Optical Way.
• Provides floor leadership to ensure guests receive a best-in-class experience with guidance to team members.
• Maintains brand standards and supports brand initiatives and promotions.
