Target Optical is seeking a Licensed Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will be responsible for driving store performance, coaching Team Members, and ensuring operations reflect the brand's values of simplicity, fun and style.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, opticianry license or ABO certification as required by state law, and 3+ years in management plus 5+ years in retail.
