Monarch Healthcare Management seeks an Administrator to oversee the nursing home campus, setting a home-like atmosphere while ensuring quality resident care and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The role requires strong staff leadership, financial oversight, and a culture of collaboration and customer service to protect residents’ rights and well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field is required.
• Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administration license is required.
• If Administrator Designee, ability to obtain above promptly and with regional director approval.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in long term care.
• Experience in both skilled nursing and assisted living facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Administrator is accountable for the management, control and operation of the nursing home campus and sets the tone to ensure a home-like atmosphere.
• Ensure quality resident care through compliance with all applicable laws and staff retention.
• Provide leadership, training, and culture that promotes professionalism, safety, wellness, and customer service.
• Oversee financial health including budgeting, billing oversight, payroll, and purchasing controls.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, risk management, and survey readiness.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field

Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administration license

If Administrator Designee, then ability to obtain above in a timely manner and permission from the Regional Director of Operations and/or VP Operations

2+ years of experience in long term care

Experience in both skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
