Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an Administrator to oversee the nursing home campus, ensuring quality resident care and a culture of compassion. This role leads staff and coordinates operations to maximize efficient use of resources while maintaining the highest well-being outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administration license.
• If Administrator Designee, ability to obtain above in a timely manner and permission from the Regional Director of Operations and/or VP Operations.
• 2+ years of experience in long term care.

Responsibilities

• Resident-Centered Care & Quality of Life: Ensure admissions, individualized care plans, resident rights protection, communication with residents and families, and services supporting independence, safety, nutrition, recreation and well-being.
• Staff Leadership, Training & Culture: Build a competent, satisfied workforce through recruitment, training, performance management, and a culture of professionalism, safety, wellness and customer service.
• Financial Oversight & Fiscal Accountability: Budgeting, billing and collections oversight, payroll and overtime monitoring, purchasing controls and compliance.
• Safe, Compliant & Well-Maintained Environment: Ensure facility meets safety, sanitation, infection control and HIPAA standards.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Survey readiness, ethics, abuse reporting, quality assurance and HIPAA compliance.
• Executive Management & Leadership: Lead department directors, monitor satisfaction, support strategic initiatives and provide visible leadership.
