The ideal candidate will collaborate across disciplines, drive quality outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
• Two or more years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Experience leading Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living operations.
• Demonstrated success in quality improvement, financial management, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the community, ensuring exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead operation, financial performance, and employee engagement across the campus.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor department leaders while promoting accountability and growth.
• Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, communication, and engagement.
• Direct day-to-day operations, budget development, and achievement of financial goals.
• Ensure readiness for surveys and maintain compliance with HIPAA and safety standards.

Education
