Monarch Healthcare Management seeks an Administrator to lead a nursing home campus, ensuring resident well-being and compliant operations. You will guide staff, manage resources, and uphold quality care while protecting residents’ rights across the campus.

As a senior leader, you’ll drive culture, collaborate with corporate leadership, monitor satisfaction, and support strategic initiatives with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minnesota Nursing Home Administration license (active).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care; skilled nursing and assisted living.
• Ability to obtain Administrator Designee license if needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure admissions, individualized care plans, and resident rights protection with clear communication.
• Build a competent, satisfied workforce through recruitment, training, and accountability.
• Maintain financial health through budgeting, billing oversight, payroll and purchasing controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, infection control, and HIPAA requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and regulatory readiness.
• Provide executive leadership and visible guidance, including after-hours as needed.
