Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to provide strategic leadership for one of our skilled nursing communities. You will oversee the campus operations, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, strong financial performance, and engaged staff.

The ideal candidate leads with collaboration, drives improvements, and fosters a positive culture for residents, families, and employees across Monarch's Minnesota facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
• Two or more years of LNHA experience (preferred).
• Experience leading Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living operations.
• Demonstrated success in quality improvement, financial management, and team development.
