Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an Administrator to lead and manage our nursing home campus, ensuring the highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of residents while complying with all laws. You will oversee staff, admissions, care plans, and resident rights, fostering a culture of collaboration, compassion, and customer service.

The role requires a Minnesota Nursing Home Administration license, a healthcare administration background, and prior long-term care

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administration license.
• 2+ years of experience in long term care; experience in both skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
• If Administrator Designee, ability to obtain above in a timely manner and permission from the Regional Director of Operations and/or VP Operations

• Resident-centered care and quality of life: admissions, care plans, rights protection, communication with residents and families, and services supporting independence, safety, and well-being.
• Staff leadership, training, and culture: recruit, train, manage performance, foster professionalism, safety, wellness, and customer service.
• Financial oversight and fiscal accountability: budgeting, billing, payroll, and purchasing controls; ensure compliance.
• Safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment: safety, sanitation, infection control, HIPAA-compliant tech, and home-like setting.
• Regulatory compliance and risk management: survey readiness, abuse/vulnerable‑adult reporting, quality systems, HIPAA adherence.
• Executive management and organizational leadership: lead directors, monitor satisfaction, support strategic initiatives, provide visible leadership.
