Job summary

Legacy Healthcare is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide strategic and operational leadership for a skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, quality of care, budget stewardship, and strong staff development within a resident-centered culture.

The LNHA will lead interdisciplinary teams, ensure CMS/state survey readiness, and drive performance improvements while collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and community

Qualifications

• Currently licensed LNHA in the applicable state.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of CMS/state nursing facility regulations and survey processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing staff, budgets, quality initiatives, and facility operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day operational management of the nursing facility.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and licensing requirements.
• Maintain a strong culture of resident-centered care, safety, dignity, and quality.
• Lead and support department directors, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor clinical, operational, staffing, and quality metrics and implement corrective action.
• Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of facility policies and procedures.
• Prepare for and manage regulatory surveys, audits, inspections, and investigations.
• Develop and monitor the facility's annual operating budget, census goals, labor costs, and financial performance.
