Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare leadership or long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as Compliance Officer, promoting ethical practices and maintaining regulatory readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and support department managers to achieve operational, financial, and clinical goals.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care while meeting or exceeding quality and performance standards.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, surveys, plans of correction, licensing requirements, and other regulatory documentation.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.
