Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Missouri or eligible for licensure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Solid understanding of long-term care regulations, reimbursement, budgeting, and survey processes.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, state licensing, and local regulations.
- Promote resident care and quality outcomes.
- Recruit, develop, and retain department leaders and staff.
- Foster a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and efficiency.
- Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, infection prevention, and risk management.
- Partner with nursing leadership to achieve clinical and operational goals.
- Build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and partners.
- Lead quality improvement and strategic planning for long-term success.
