• Current Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
• Experience managing a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, Ohio Department of Health regulations.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Lead department managers and staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state and local rules.
• Maintain relationships with residents, families, employees, physicians and community partners.
• Monitor quality of care, resident satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
• Support census development and occupancy goals.
• Manage budgets, expenses and financial performance.
• Lead QAPI initiatives.
• Prepare for and manage state and federal surveys.
• Recruit, retain, coach and develop high-performing staff.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure policies, procedures and standards of care are followed.
