Beloved Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced LNHA to lead our skilled nursing facility, overseeing daily operations and ensuring top-quality resident care.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, strategic planning, and the ability to engage and develop a high-performing team while maintaining financial performance and survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Missouri (or eligible for licensure).
• Experience managing a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong understanding of long-term care regulations, reimbursement, budgeting, and survey processes.
• Ability to lead with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and state licensing requirements.
• Promote exceptional resident care and quality outcomes.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing department leaders and staff.
• Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care.
• Manage facility budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives.
• Partner with the Director of Nursing and department managers to achieve clinical and operational goals.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and community organizations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, safety programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and strategic planning to support long‑term success.
