• Master’s degree preferred.

• Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations including clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Drive census growth, customer satisfaction, and community engagement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to department heads and interdisciplinary teams.

LNHA / Nursing Home Administrator Position Overview:

The Executive Director / Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for overall facility operations, including strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff leadership, and resident satisfaction.

LNHA / Nursing Home Administrator Position Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations including clinical, financial, and administrative functions

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities

• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiency

• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassionate resident-centered care

• Implement company policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards

• Drive census growth, customer satisfaction, and community engagement

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to department heads and interdisciplinary teams

LNHA / Nursing Home Administrator Position Qualifications

Licensure:
