Job summary

Luxor Healthcare's St. Peters Rehab and Healthcare Center in Saint Peters, MO seeks an Executive Director (LNHA)/Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations and strategic vision.

This full-time exempt role requires Missouri LNHA licensure, a healthcare administration degree (master's preferred), and strong regulatory, financial, and people leadership skills to drive quality care and census growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered LNHA license in Missouri.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Healthcare Administration or related field preferred).
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiency
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassionate resident-centered care
• Implement company policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards
• Drive census growth, customer satisfaction, and community engagement
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to department heads and interdisciplinary teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field

Master’s degree preferred

LNHA / Nursing Home Administrator Position Overview:

The Executive Director / Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for overall facility operations, including strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff leadership, and resident satisfaction.
