Qualifications

• Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in good standing.
• Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with regional leadership.

What You'll Do

As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of the facility while ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary leadership team to achieve outstanding clinical and operational outcomes.

• Lead quality improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.

• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners to support occupancy and reputation.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Current Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing.
• Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional leadership.
• Proven ability to remain composed, organized, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment..
