Adept Rehab and Nursing of Omaha is seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) / Executive Director to lead our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to grow their career, take on a significant leadership role, and gain valuable operational experience.
We are looking for a compassionate and results-driven leader who can create an environment where staff is engaged, residents receive exceptional care, and the facility operates at the highest level of clinical, customer, business, and regulatory excellence.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility
Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Provide leadership and direction to all facility departments
Ensure residents receive the highest quality of care and services
Lead initiatives focused on clinical outcomes, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement
Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the community
Oversee financial and operational performance
Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and ensure ongoing compliance
Lead and support department managers and interdisciplinary teams
Current Nursing Home Administrator license
Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a long-term care, skilled nursing, sub-acute, or similar setting
Stable employment history
Demonstrated experience with census growth and survey improvement
Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and guidelines
Strong financial and operational management skills
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and supervise professional and administrative staff
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A genuine commitment to resident care, staff development, and operational excellence
