The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a hands‑on management style with the ability to build relationships with staff, residents, families, and community partners.
Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Lead and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams
Foster a positive culture focused on resident-centered care and employee engagement
Monitor clinical quality measures and operational performance
Manage budgets, financial performance, staffing, and census development
Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high standards of care
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community stakeholders
Support survey readiness and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Recruit, mentor, and retain strong team members across all departments
Active Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA) in applicable state, or ability to obtain reciprocity
Previous skilled nursing facility leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and operations
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
Experience with budgeting, staffing, and census management preferred
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or similar EHR systems preferred
