Rest Haven Health Care Center in Sedalia, Missouri is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 86-bed facility with integrity, accountability, and compassion.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement while building high-performing teams and maintaining excellent service to residents, families, and the community.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing.
• Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with regional leadership.
• Proven ability to remain composed and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.

• Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary leadership team to achieve clinical and operational outcomes.
