Lightheart Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking licensed therapists to join our DC-area clinics. You will assess clients, provide outpatient therapy, and develop crisis and wellness plans in a collaborative, supportive environment.

We value ongoing professional development, strong ethics, and effective documentation. A $2,500 hiring incentive is available at this location for qualified candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field.
• Active license in Washington State or eligibility for licensure by hire.
• Commitment to continuing professional development and ethical practice.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation and insurance forms accurately.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians and staff to coordinate care.
