Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed mental health therapists to empower clients and grow within a supportive clinical team.

In this role, you will assess, treat, and plan care for diverse clients, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary group of professionals. A $2,500 hiring incentive is available for qualified candidates at this location.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree required.
• Active license in WA or eligibility to licensure by hire date.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and staff.
