Lightheart Mental Health in Washington, DC area is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join a collaborative clinical team. You will provide outpatient therapy, develop treatment plans, and participate in supervision to support licensure progress.

Formación

• Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current and active professional license in Washington State or eligible for licensure by hire.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments and provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and staff to deliver holistic care.
