LightHeart Mental Health, a Transformations Care Network (TCN) member in Washington, seeks licensed mental health therapists to empower communities and support licensure progress. You will work with a clinical team to provide outpatient therapy and collaborative care in a supportive environment.

In this role, you’ll deliver culturally sensitive treatment plans, engage in supervision, and contribute to sustainable patient care while advancing your licensure goals and career growth.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active license in Washington State or eligible for licensure by hire.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Strong time management and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, staff, and fellow therapists.
