Lightheart Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking an Associate Mental Health Therapist to empower clients and grow professionally in a supportive behavioral health setting in Washington.

You will work in a collaborative team with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists, providing outpatient individual and family therapy, crisis planning, and progress documentation while pursuing licensure.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field and pursuing licensure considered.
• Strong communication and ethical practice
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision

Aufgaben

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation and authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and therapists for holistic care.
