Lightheart Mental Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our Transformations Care Network family in Washington, DC. This role emphasizes collaborative care with a clinical team, flexible supervision, and opportunities to progress toward licensure while delivering high-quality outpatient therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field.
• Current active professional license in Washington State or eligible for licensure by hire.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and therapists.
