Lightheart Mental Health in Washington State seeks licensed mental health therapists to join a supportive clinical team. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, while building relapse prevention and wellness plans to help clients thrive.

We offer a collaborative environment with physicians, nurse practitioners, and dietitians, plus opportunities for supervision and professional growth as you pursue licensure.

Formación

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active license in Washington State or eligible for licensure by time of hire.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic care.
