LightHeart Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is hiring licensed therapists in the Washington area. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, develop crisis and wellness plans, and collaborate with our psychiatrists, NPs, and staff to deliver high-quality care.

A $2,500 location incentive is available for qualified candidates. We value ongoing professional development, ethical practice, and strong communication.

Formación

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field.
• Active professional license in Washington State or eligibility for licensure by hire.
• Commitment to high-quality care and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Strong time management and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
