Columbia Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking licensed mental health therapists to empower communities and support licensure development.

You will join a clinical team that prioritizes growth, providing outpatient therapy, crisis planning, and collaborative care with psychiatrists and nurses.

Base pay ranges from $58 to $73 per billable unit, with licensure in VA/MD preferred and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualificações

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field.
• Active license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or eligible by time of hire.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, staff and therapists.
