Job summary

You will develop crisis, safety, and wellness plans, participate in case consultations, and ensure thorough documentation and billing, with mentorship and supervision available throughout licensure preparation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Candidates pursuing licensure may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
