Job summary

PBS Corp. LABA/Program Manager role oversees and coordinates high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and professional growth for teams. The position requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 1000 field work hours in ABA.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience per WAC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
