Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care. You will support professional growth, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and lead organizational initiatives in accordance with PBS Corp. standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
