PBS Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will apply clinical judgment, lead operations, and maintain PBS Corp. standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure.
