Qualifications

• Active state licensure compliant with local regulations
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field hours and 1 year ABA experience
• WAC 246-805-210 education hours with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
