Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and coordinate across regional teams. You will ensure continuity of care, oversee scheduling and documentation, and support professional growth of staff while maintaining adherence to licensure and PBS Corp. standards.

While bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged, strong clinical judgment and leadership are essential. Hybrid work options, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduation under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in ABA topics.
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards.

Education

Active state licensure

Bachelor's degree + 1000 field hours + 1 year ABA experience

WAC 246-805-210 completion

WAC 246-805-230 supervised experience
