Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an LABA/Program Manager to lead ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care. You will supervise teams, coordinate with regional units, and uphold clinical and ethical standards across all activities.

The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate per WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis per WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
