Job summary

PBS Corp. seeks an experienced LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required per local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience in behavior modification oversight.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy and regulation compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification.
