Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the professional growth of their teams.

Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply! Responsibilities include overseeing program implementation, coordinating with regional teams, ensuring compliance with policies and licensure, managing scheduling and staffing, and maintaining all required documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies/licensure.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure/certification.
