Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth. You will coordinate clinical services across regions and maintain high clinical and ethical standards.

Active licensure is required along with a BA/BS, 1000 field hours and one year of ABA experience, plus WA prerequisites. Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged for this role, with potential for hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from WA 246-805-210, with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WA 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
