PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high‑quality ABA service delivery in Washington. You will ensure continuity of care, mentor supervisees, and uphold licensure and clinical standards while collaborating with regional teams.

Requirements include active state licensure, a bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience, plus WA 135 classroom hours and supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Active state licensure per local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation - including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms - is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
