Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery across regional teams. You will ensure continuity of care and support professional growth, while upholding PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply. Active state licensure is required, along with a BA in ABA, fieldwork hours, and supervised experience under WA regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required in accordance with local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from WA state program per WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
