Jon Rodriguez – State Farm Agency in Northeast Mesa, AZ is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. Qualifications

Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain prior to start date.
Licensed insurance professional with strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to meet sales goals and work full-time in Northeast Mesa office.

Responsibilities

Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
Recommend Auto, Home, Life and other insurance products.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
Build lasting relationships with customers.
Develop new business through leads, referrals and proactive follow-up.
Explain coverage options clearly and answer customer questions.
Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions and other service needs.
Schedule appointments and maintain consistent follow-up.
Work toward individual and agency sales goals.
Commission on sales; bonuses at 30, 60, and 90 days.
First-year earning potential of $50,000–$70,000+.
Paid training and insurance industry experience; growth opportunities.
