Mauricio Leon - State Farm Agency in Tempe, AZ seeks a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Team Member. Training provided for the right personality and skill set to grow with the office.

Responsibilities include cross-selling, educating customers on products, and delivering excellent service in both languages. Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Insurance sales experience or property & casualty licensing preferred.
• Sales experience (inside or outside) preferred
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task
• Able to relate to customers effectively
• Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license must be obtainable

• Identify cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities within the existing customer base
• Follow up with prospects and customers to develop new business and strengthen relationships
• Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options
• Meet or exceed established sales and service goals
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience in both Spanish and English
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Assist customers with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, transfers, eligibility, and other insurance-related needs

Requirements

• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
