Qualifications

• Must have prior State Farm or other related insurance experience.
• Active Arizona Property & Casualty license required.
• Active Arizona Life & Health license preferred.
• Sales experience (inside/outside) and meeting quotas is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service with inquiries on availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
