Jessica Alvarez - State Farm Agency in Plantation, FL is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. An active Property and Casualty license is required; Life & Health licensing is also valued.

This in-office role offers base salary plus commissions and a bonus after six months, plus health stipend and PTO. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and provide prompt, friendly service while building lasting relationships with customers.

A Property and Casualty insurance license is required; State Farm experience is a plus!

Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:

• Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Plantation, FL. This is an in-office position.

Requirements:

• Must have insurance experience (minimum 1 year; maximum 5 years)
• Experience in banking, hospitality, and/or high-end restaurant sales/service preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
