Brian Booth - State Farm Agency is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional for a full-time position in our Enfield office. The role requires active Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses and a track record in sales.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products while building lasting client relationships and delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license and Life Insurance license required.
• Experience in sales, especially insurance, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, submission of claims, and billing clarification

Requirements:

• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and Life Insurance preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license (required)
• Life Insurance license (required)
