Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring for a full-time sales role in a busy AAA branch located in Kildaire, NC. You will sell and service ACG‑branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products while building a strong client base through community engagement and referrals.

Typical starting earnings are $65,000+ with ramp-up incentives and structured bonus opportunities. Training, tools, and benefits are provided to support long-term success.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products; meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies per guidelines.
• Build rapport with members and clients, respond promptly to inquiries, and support customer satisfaction.
• Engage in local events to prospect, expand referral networks, and develop new business opportunities.
