Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Insurance Agent role based in Bastian, VA. The Licensed Insurance Agent will meet with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs, explain product options, and recommend suitable coverage. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-person consultations, presenting policy benefits, preparing quotes, and processing applications in compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining ongoing contact with clients, responding to questions, handling policy changes, and providing high-quality customer service. The Licensed Insurance Agent will also participate in sales activities, follow up on leads, and collaborate with the team to meet individual and branch performance goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and ethically.
• Experience or familiarity with Insurance Brokerage and Finance, including basic understanding of financial planning and risk management.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Active state insurance license (or willingness and ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
