• Ability to work remotely in the US, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed to meet client schedules.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with professional interpersonal skills for client-facing work.
• Comfort using computers and CRM or sales software to manage client information and track activities.
• State insurance license (or eligibility and willingness to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
• Previous sales, customer-facing, or financial services experience is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated mindset, goal orientation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
